The animated blue progress bar is showing that the software is being installed in the background. Clicking starts a "silent" installation of the software.Once the download has been completed, the progress bar turns green.A blue progress bar will inform you on the status of the download. Click the button next to the item you want to download.Select the software under "My Products" to get a list of download options on the right.Downloads for redeemed Download Access Codes are listed under "My Products" - the top category on the left.Now that your license has been activated, you can continue downloading the corresponding software. This ensures that the old license remains usable but disables the ability to upgrade the license more than once. *Activating the upgrade is necessary for the transition to the new Steinberg Licensing. Click on when the progress bar shows that the process has been completed.Select the license to upgrade* and click on.The eLicenser Control Center will be opened.If the Download Access Code is an update/upgrade for an eLicenser-based product to the new Steinberg Licensing, you will now be asked to activate it.Update/Upgrade from an eLicenser-based product For updates/upgrades, an extra step is needed: If the Download Access Code is valid, the corresponding product license will be shown in the dialog box that can be closed now.In case your Download Access Code came with bundled hardware, you will also be asked to enter the matching serial number of the device. Enter the Download Access Code and click on.A dialog box pops up, prompting you to enter your Download Access Code.In the top-left corner, click on the button labeled "Enter your Download Access Code".Your operating system's download folder is the default setting. Optional: Go to "Settings" (gear symbol at the top) and verify the set storage location.If you don't have one yet, you will be asked to register. On startup, the Steinberg Download Assistant performs an auto-update to make sure you have the latest version installed.Start the Steinberg Download Assistant on your computer.
